People who have made my day today (not)
- Whoever comes up with the prices at Central Trains. Sadists.
- The sleazeball who I think tried to take a photo up my skirt with his cameraphone as I walked up the stairs from the platform at Leicester station. Git. I spotted him and managed to move out of range, but wasn’t alert enough to think about mentioning it to the station police. Tomorrow.
- Me. I thought I had pulled out a tub of frozen home-made squash and tomato soup to take to work for a yummy lunch. I had actually picked up a frozen tub of Diane sauce for steaks. Crisps for lunch instead.
- The kamikaze bus driver on my journey home from town just now who was completely incapable of stopping at a red light, accelerated whenever he saw a pedestrian crossing the road anywhere in front of him, and took every corner at what felt like 40mph. My heart is in my mouth.
