Impatience

I’m waiting for my raspberry canes and garlic to arrive as I am very keen to have something else to plant out. There’s only so much excitement a girl can get from filling sacks with leaves, you know.

I had to giggle a bit while reading your post today, because, well, I’m eating pumpkin soup right now.

    Have a good day!

I had a friend congratulate me on my patience for gardening the other day. Little does she know just how often I can be found impatiently wishing something would arrive or grow faster!

I got a pack of garlic in the post today that I didn’t order. Either my hubby or my dad have been buying me presents again (probably my dad – the last present my hubby bought me was lingerie). The trouble is I was colouring my hair when it arrived (I think I terrified the poor postie) so now I’m impatiently waiting for the timer to ring so I can rinse the gunk off my head and get down to the allotment to plant my garlic.

Taryn – It’s the food of the gods!

    martian77 – You’re clearly a master actor, a useful skill.

Mel – Shame. I think you should have braved the allotment with your hair full of the gunk – that would have been really hard core allotmenting!
