Time away.
We are currently enjoying a much-deserved long-ish weekend away, staying with Owen’s parents in Weymouth. Sea air in abundance. Sunshine might be a bit much to hope for.
As with our trip last weekend, I have put together a little box of goodies for them. The eagle-eyed among you will be able to spot tomatoes there. Red tomatoes. Those bananas are now doing their thing – stop sniggering at the back! No courgettes this time, however. We did have one that would have been lovely for them, but we ate it for our tea, fried with pancetta and garlic. Turns out some produce is just too valuable to give away.
Whoever would have thought it would be a courgette?

Wish I’d known ahead of time – we might have met up!
But enjoy your time in Dorset.
Sorry about the weather – it’s a good place to be most times of year (most years!).
Hope you manage to visit the sub-tropical gardens at Abbotsbury.
